Will it work with my camcorder?

Our HC- series cameras work with any device that has A/V Input (analog) capabilities. If you can record from your TV or VCR to your camcorder, then you will be able to use our products. Visit or compatibility list to see if your camera is compatible.

Are the lenses interchangeable?

Yes. Our HC- series and HCR-100 cameras will fit standard 1/3"DSP, M12x3 thread lenses size 2.9mm-16mm.

Do I need 2 mounts if I have 2 helmets?

No. Our helmet mount is easily swapped between helmets. Just twist & pull. It comes with (2) high strength mounting strips. Have more than two helmets? Want to put the mount on your buddies helmet? You can order extra strips or an extra helmet mount on our products page.

Is the video bumpy?

We use Sony EXView cameras, the most advanced imaging technology on the market today. However, these cameras currently do not have image stabilization. Luckily you do. The human body is a great shock absorber. When these cameras are mounted using our universal helmet mount, you can rest assured that you'll be getting the most stable footage possible under the most extreme conditions.

Does it work in the cold?

Yes, these cameras are rated to -10 deg C.

Can I use the LANC remote?

Your camcorder must have a LANC port to be able to use the LANC remote. Check the camcorder specifications in your owner's manual or check our compatibility list
