Another master-planned mixed-use building, Sobha Hartland II, was revealed on the second day of Cityscape Dubai by Sobha Realty.

The well-known development has eight million square feet and is located close to Sobha Hartland at an ideal location. This gated community offers ultra-luxurious living on 90 acres of open space and vegetation, five- to six-bedroom villas, and studio to four-bedroom apartments.

In 2025, the project is expected to be finished. According to a Sobha Realty release, delivery for flats and villas is anticipated to start in the second and fourth quarters of 2025.

P.N.C. Menon, the founder and chairman of the Sobha Group, said that the project is being created with competence and quality, scrupulously observing the highest standards and employing ecologically friendly approaches.

He continued by saying that Sobha Realty provides its clients with the finest living standards and a wide range of lifestyle facilities. He thinks that their newest project would draw in many investors and residents.

According to Menon, Dubai has established itself as one of the best marketplaces in the world for luxury real estate and attracts investors from all over the globe.

To help the UAE achieve its goal of a green and clean future, he added that their objective has been to stay up with the economy’s and the real estate market’s constant speed. They also make sure that their operations are sustainable.

Strategic Location

Sobha Hartland II is about seven to ten minutes from the town center and offers breathtaking views of the Ras Al Khor natural preserve and the Burj Khalifa. It features a clubhouse, a school, places of worship, a crystal lagoon with retail outlets on the waterfront, and a community shopping center, among other contemporary living facilities.

The project’s attraction is increased by the villas’ inclusion of a central, exclusive body of water that borders a beach. More than 8,000 trees would be planted in the area, and parks and other open spaces would take up more than half of the land.

Significant Living Standards

The Sobha Hartland II, according to Francis Alfred, managing director of Sobha Realty, is a monument to their dedication to providing their clients with the most significant and sustainable living standards and a choice of luxurious lifestyle facilities.

Alfred stated that they believe this master plan to be one of the most sought-after residential homes in the Emirate since they have included the most recent technical advancements throughout the project. They strive to raise the standard for excellence in the luxury homes market and attract domestic and foreign investors with their distinctive and premium products.

the developer released “Sobha One.” Apartments with one to four bedrooms and duplexes with two to four bedrooms are housed in its five linked buildings. Sobha Realty expects its revenues to increase by a third to Dh12 billion in the following year due to population growth and the UAE’s status as the safest country.
